Poppy seeds contain minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium, iodine, vitamins A, C, D, E, B3, B1, B9, B2, B6. Moreover, calcium compounds are in easily digestible form.

A universal recipe for vegan milk: half a handful of seeds (or nuts) - soaked, sprouted or even dry - put in a blender and pour half a cup of water (so that the water covers all the seeds and reaches the blender's knives) - and beat for several minutes, then pour another 1-2 cups of water (to taste) and beat for another minute. To your taste and belief, you can add dates / honey / salt / syrups / bananas and other ingredients for more complex recipes, where peanut and / or cereal / seed milk is used as a base. To get pure milk after all the ingredients are mixed - strain it through a fine sieve or a special bag for the preparation of raw milk. This is necessary to separate the cake from the resulting "milk" liquid. Cake can then be used in other recipes.
