Garnet tapioca starch without gluten. In its properties it is very close to starch
potato. However, in some respects it is superior to starch
potato due to lower humidity, tapioca starch has
lower ash content and is therefore considered the purest starch.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 0.2 g, fats - 0 g, carbohydrates - 88.0 g. Energy value 360 kcal. Store in a clean, dry, well ventilated area,
at a temperature not higher than + 30'C.
