Oatmeal is a unique product!
It is rich in vitamins of groups A, B and E, various amino acids, enzymes necessary for the human body, choline, tyrosine, it contains essential oils, sugar, copper, as well as a rich set of various trace elements, mineral salts and, of course, fiber. Recommended for diets, during fasting and for feeding babies.
Due to the extremely low gluten content in it, in high-quality whole-grain oatmeal, it is recommended to mix it with more familiar and less useful wheat flour when preparing various confectionery products. Often, recipes indicate a very small amount of whole grain oatmeal, less than 25% of the total.
Whole-grain oatmeal makes great pastries! Any baking becomes much more crumbly and, of course, more useful, especially if you use wheat flour 1 or 2 grades.
