Flax porridge is a forgotten primordially Russian traditional dish. Porridge contains a wide range of trace elements and vitamins. Regular consumption of flaxseed porridge strengthens the immune system, improves health and prevents a large number of various diseases.
Effect on the body. There are few carbohydrates and a lot of dietary fiber in porridge, which has a beneficial effect on the digestive tract and, as a result, the whole organism.
Preparation: 1-2 tablespoons of the dried product, brew a glass of hot (but not boiling) milk or water, add salt to taste, mix thoroughly or whisk (can be a blender), cover and insist 3-5 minutes, mix again before use and mix add oil.
