Here is one of the basic recipes. You will need: cocoa butter 60 g, grated cocoa 100 g, agave syrup, Jerusalem artichoke or grape sugar 70 g, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg to taste. Put cocoa butter in a saucepan on a water bath. When the butter melts, add the grated cocoa, sweetener and spices. Stir with a whisk the melted mass for 3-4 minutes. Now remove the pan from the water bath, wipe the bottom with a towel, pour the chocolate into molds. Add nuts, berries and seeds, drowning them deep. Leave for 2-3 hours at room temperature, then put the chocolate in the refrigerator for another 1 hour. Take your masterpiece out of the molds and enjoy!

Melt 100 g of cocoa butter in a water bath. Add 100 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of milk powder and vanilla sugar to taste. Without removing from the water bath, mix thoroughly with a mixer all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the finished mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
