Sea salt has been obtained from the waters of the Adriatic Sea for more than 700 years in the old natural way: by evaporating sea water in the sun. This mining method preserves the pristine shape and friability of crystals, the completeness of the mineral composition and the aroma of the sea. Sea salt gives dishes a special refined taste.
